OVFF is not able to take credit-cards or on-line payments at this time, so pre-registration must be done either in-person or through postal mail. All registration fees are given in US dollars.

Pre-registration sent by mail must be postmarked no later than October 1, 2006 to receive the pre-registration discount, and must be received no later than October 10, 2006 in order to allow for processing before the convention.
