Call for Artwork
OVFF is looking for artwork to be used in the program book and signage. If your submission is selected as the cover for the program book, you will receive a paid membership to OVFF. Contact publications (publications@ovff.org) for details on format, themes, and what sort of artwork is needed.
Scooter Rental
Once again, OVFF is arranging scooter rental for those mobility-impared individuals who request it. The rate is expected to be approximately $100.00 (US) for the weekend (the actual rate will be determined closer to the con), and requests must be received before October 1, 2007. Please send requests to ovff@ovff.org with "Scooter Rental" in the subject line.
Early-Bird Open Filk
There will be an Early Bird Open Filk on Thursday night (Oct 19) -- tentatively scheduled to be in the Metro Club, time to be announced. Note that there will not be water service that night. If you do arrive early, please consider gophering to help set things up.
