Full Membership

Membership dues are how we pay for putting on the convention. With your membership, you get a program book and access to the con-suite and all other amenities (other than the green room) provided by the convention except the Pegasus Awards Banquet.

Banquet tickets are $28.00 in advance (before September 30, 2010) and $35.00 at the convention.

Child Membership

Children under the age of 12 attend the convention at a reduced rate. There is special programming geared for children in this age range, and the membership fee includes the children's pizza party that is held opposite the Pegasus Awards Banquet.

Young Children in Tow

Infants and small children in tow may attend the convention with a parent at no cost, however they must be with a parent (or other designated person) at all times. OVFF does not provide programming or services geared toward infants, and though they are welcome at the convention, they must be supervised at all times.

Pre-Registration

Early registration (before September 30, 2010) allows you to attend the convention at a lower price. We prefer pre-registrations because it lets us know in advance how many people (at least at a minimum) to expect, which is useful in planning for the con-suite and other details.

OVFF is not able to take credit-cards or on-line payments, so pre-registration must be done either in-person or through postal mail. All registration fees are given in US dollars.

Here is a handy form that you can fill in using your web browser then print out to mail in along with a check or money order. Please do not send cash.

Scooters for the mobility impaired

If you need a scooter for the con, phone Kathy Hamilton at (614) 451-3154 by September 1, 2010 to reserve one. (We will try to meet any requests made after this date, but cannot guarantee it.) Rental fee is about $150 for the weekend; we will confirm price as soon as we can.

Dealers

Individuals or businesses desiring a table in the Dealers' Room at OVFF should contact Larry Smith, our dealers room coordinator, at 614-442-1010. Please note that the Dealers' Room is by reservation only, and often sells out almost as soon as the previous con is over.

Program Book Advertising

If you desire an advertisement in our program book, a full page ad is only $35; a half-page ad is $20, and a quarter page ad is $10. If you are another convention- we'll advertise your con for free!... as long as you give us the same sized ad in YOUR program book (otherwise sneakily referred to as an 'ad trade'). OVFF Membership Rollover Policy

If you purchase a membership in advance to OVFF in any given year and then find that you are unable to attend due to a legitimate emergency, OVFF will gladly consider rolling over the membership to next year's convention provided you inform us before the beginning of the con. We prefer it in writing, (not email, not a phone call, not a verbal message carried by a friend) but in old-fashioned pen to paper, and put it in an envelope.
