OVFF is not able to take credit-cards or on-line payments, so pre-registration must be done either in-person or through postal mail. All registration fees are given in US dollars.

Pre-registration sent by mail must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2010 to receive the pre-registration discount, and must be received no later than October 10, 2010 in order to allow for processing before the convention.
