Remember: All attendees must show proof of the most recent available COVID vaccination booster; or if they are unable to vaccinate, must show a recent PCR test (which vaccination booster, and how much time before the con the PCR test must be taken will be decided closer to the con).

If you can take a screen shot of your most recent proof of vaccination, please forward it to vaxproof@ovff.org. If you are unable to provide this information before the convention, you will be asked to provide it at Registration.

Please do not publish my badge name as an OVFF attendee this year. (OVFF will publish the badge names of attendees only on the OVFF website, and will not make this information available in any other fashion. If you do not provide a badge name, only your first name will be published.)
