Kate Soley-Barton

Kate Soley-Barton sings Soprano, and very occasionally alto.

Kate's first exposure to filk was Conspiracy '87, the Brighton Worldcon, and her first filksong was written at the following Eastercon (Follycon). She has not missed a single UK filkcon.

Kate sang in the expanded Klingon Male Voice Choir and is an original member of the n'Early Music Consort and, in addition, is one third of the KMV Chorale. She sings soprano, alto and first tenor, but not all at once.

She has been married to Andrew Barton since 1996 and shared a set with him at Torcon.

She designed the nMC logo that appears on the banners that decorate the choir's music stands.
